1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of B&N Plumbing Contractor Corp. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and B&N Plumbing Contractor Corp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking services, or engaging with our team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the site or our services.

2. Scope of Service Agreement

B&N Plumbing Contractor Corp provides licensed plumbing services to residential, commercial, and construction clients across South Florida. All services are contingent on a detailed scope of work and mutual agreement prior to commencement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a request based on safety concerns, legal constraints, or the unavailability of resources.

All communication regarding scope, timeline, and estimates must be confirmed in writing (email or signed service form). Any modifications to the original agreement must be formally documented.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information regarding the plumbing issue or project scope.

  • Ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the property and work area.

  • Notifying us of any hazardous conditions, structural issues, or legal limitations.

Failure to provide this may result in delays, service rescheduling, or additional charges. In some cases, services may be suspended until compliance is met.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, checks, ACH, or approved business invoicing.

  • Invoices past 10 days from the due date may incur a 5% late fee per billing cycle.

Deposits may be required for projects exceeding a specified budget or for specialized equipment/materials. Returned checks will incur a fee of $35 plus any bank penalties.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Less notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service minimum.

For projects canceled after work has commenced, the Client may be billed for:

  • Labor hours completed

  • Materials purchased

  • Restocking fees for unused equipment

No refunds are offered for services that were rendered and approved unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

Our liability is limited to the value of the invoice for the specific service provided. B&N Plumbing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., water damage, mold)

  • Client negligence or failure to maintain plumbing systems post-service

Warranties vary by service and product and will be stated clearly in your written service agreement. Unauthorized repairs or modifications void any warranty.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is achieved within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding mediation or arbitration governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
