At B&N Plumbing, we don’t just build plumbing systems we build trust, lasting relationships, and solutions that stand the test of time. This company was born from the hard work, vision, and passion of two individuals with strong roots and even stronger dreams: Raul and Brian.
Raul began his journey over 22 years ago, starting from the ground up as a plumbing laborer. He learned the trade with his hands, through sweat and perseverance, climbing every rung of the ladder to become a licensed Plumbing Inspector and Plans Examiner. Today, he leads our field operations, making sure every project meets the highest quality standards. For Raul, every job is personal his name, his reputation, and his pride go into every pipe laid and every satisfied client.
Brian entered the construction industry 8 years ago with a clear vision: to bring structure, efficiency, and growth. Since joining B&N Plumbing in 2021, he’s been the strategic force behind our financial and administrative development. Leading estimating, project management, and accounting, Brian ensures that our company grows wisely, responsibly, and always with a forward-thinking mindset.
Together, Raul and Brian are the perfect balance of hands-on experience and innovative leadership. But beyond their titles and professional paths, they are two men who believe in doing things the right way, keeping their word, and leaving a positive mark on every home and building we touch.
